#GivingTuesdayNow
This year, the Giving Tuesday - #GivingTuesday - will take place on November 29th.
Through this crisis, we have heard from our B.I.O.N.I.C. Team Sponsors in the schools of their concerns for students who are struggling with mental health issues and even suicidal thoughts during this isolation period. Many school personnel have outdated or no training on suicide prevention. Every penny we raise through #GivingTuesday will go toward providing the school personnel that vital training to prevent suicide.
Every $5 donated will allow us to provide this valuable training to one school counselor, so by helping hit our goal we will be able to train 1,000 school counselors.

Our goal this #GivingTuesday is to raise $5,000 to fund online QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) suicide prevention training for 1,000 school personnel to help them reach their students at risk. Most of our B.I.O.N.I.C. School Sponsors are school counselors with the average caseload of 430 students per school counselor.
Your donation can help equip a school counselor to be ready if their students are thinking about suicide. If we raise more money above our number of B.I.O.N.I.C. School Sponsors, then we will open it up to school counselors from other schools nationwide and even worldwide. Your $5.00 can save a life of a struggling student!
